At merastylepoint.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • After 7 days, returns may not be accepted

2. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With tags, accessories & invoice

Products not meeting these conditions may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear or personal care items
  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale products

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch → Full refund
  • After dispatch → Return policy applies

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photo/video proof
  • We will provide replacement or full refund

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Amount will be credited to original payment method
  • Refund time: 5–7 business days

For COD orders, refund may be sent via bank transfer/UPI.


7. Return Shipping

  • Our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → Free return
  • Customer choice return → Shipping charges may apply
