At merastylepoint.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund as per the policy below.
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- After 7 days, returns may not be accepted
2. Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With tags, accessories & invoice
Products not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear or personal care items
- Used or damaged products
- Customized/personalized items
- Clearance or final sale products
4. Order Cancellation
- Before dispatch → Full refund
- After dispatch → Return policy applies
5. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share photo/video proof
- We will provide replacement or full refund
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
- Refund time: 5–7 business days
For COD orders, refund may be sent via bank transfer/UPI.
7. Return Shipping
- Our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → Free return
- Customer choice return → Shipping charges may apply
